Recruit for various positions within the organization.
Create job descriptions and post open positions to company website.
Manage human resource files and maintain upkeep of the active positions, postings, and applicant files.
Process payroll for various entities through ADP application.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience working within ADP.
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Three to four years of payroll processing experience for high volume of employees.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Place screening orders for candidate/ new hires.
Manage Worker's Compensation files and cases.
File quarterly reports.
