Our client has a 30 (+) day project for an experience HR Generalist who has experience with UKG HRIS systems. As of now this is a project but a great opportunity! This is an On-site position not remote.
Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support t o Human Resources executives

Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities .Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Provides clerical support to the HR department.
Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
