-Manage talent acquisition process, including, recruitment strategy, candidate experience management, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding

-Mentor and support other HR staff and partner with leadership team to collaborate and execute the company???s HR and talent strategy
-Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate extensive knowledge of HR best practices for responding to complex and sensitive questions and issues that arise
-Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation
-Create employee retention initiatives and learning and development opportunities for staff
-Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and review policies and procedures and recommend best practices to ensure continued compliance with all relevant laws
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
-Experience working in a healthcare environment

Bachelors

Qualifications:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent problem solving and critical thinking
-Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
-Extensive knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
-Occasional travel to various clinic locations around the Brazos Valley
-Must be vaccinated or willing to receive COVID-19 vaccination
Qualifications:
-Bachelor???s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-At least one year of HR management experience
