Under minimal supervision, oversees employee wellness benefits programs and provide support to human resources, including but not limited to recruitment employment, personal records, employee relations, workers comp job, evaluation, compensation management, benefits, administration, organization, development, training. Assist in development and implementation of human resources, policies, and procedures, and their dissemination through employee handbooks, communications, and or meetings. Responsible for a Company employee wellness program.Administers, HRIS including input, maintenance and reporting of employee information.Provides assistance and information to employees on a variety of human resources, subjects and promotes good employee/company relationships.Works closely with managers regarding staffing requirements and coordinate selection and hiring of employees, including screening, interviews, and other placement activitiesResponsible for new employee orientation's Karina signed topicsCompliance and review employee stock option forms for enrollments and changes. Ensures all forms are sent to corporate and outside trustees of the plan. Provide information on the plan to employees as needed. Liaison with the corporate office and outside trustees regarding the plan.Responsible for computing the monthly force count numbers and reports.Responsible for running profit-sharing spreadsheetAssist in projects as assigned for example, AAP, wage plans and open enrollment for benefits as well as the wellness program.Works closely with the HR Director regarding performance reviews, merit increases and bonus plans.
