Responsibilities:
- Maintain all business files and systems of record, organizes general office procedures
- Administrative functions related to new hire onboarding and orientation
- Perform benefit administration including enrollments, employee changes and termination's
- Monitor and record employee equipment and tool tracker
- Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
- Maintain all Human Resources reports with promptness, completeness, and accuracy at the direction of the Human Resources Director
- Complete employment verifications, manages employee electronic files
- Assist HR Manager with administrative audits and special projects
- Update the company organizational chart as changes occur
- Assist in updating job descriptions and job postings
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and reroute calls to appropriate people
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Effective HR administration and people management skills
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Fantastic organizational skills and time management
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Responsible with confidential information
- Ability to work well independently and as a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree (Preferred)
- Previous HR experience or other related fields (Preferred)
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office ??? Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
