What you will be doing:

• Full scale recruiting, hiring, & onboarding of new employees
• Bring new ideas for employee engagement to support retention through their rapid growth
• Work closely with HR Manager and HR Generalist and assist with HR paperwork and compliance.

What you bring to the table:

• 4 year degree with 1+ years of experience or 2 year HR related degree with 3+ years of experience.
• 1 year of staffing/recruiting experience preferred.
• A passion for creating a fun, happy, & safe work environment
• A background in manufacturing and/or GMP environment is a plus
