We are seeking a Human Resource Manager at our Stockton, CA distribution center. The HR Manger should have expertise in the administration of policies relating to all phases of human resources activity including but not limited to, management of employee relations, administration of employee programs, change management, employee engagement strategy, performance management, HR laws and regulations, HR policy management. You're a dynamic leader, who always acts with integrity and discretion to ensure your role as a trusted advisor.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for oversight and implementation of human resource functions for all employee groups (salaried and hourly).
? Serves as a consultant to supervisors and managers on all employee relations issues providing guidance consistent with established policies and guidelines, and in accordance with the organization's mission, values, and goals
? Support managers in forecasting and planning their staffing needs to meet fluctuating work volumes.
? Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
? Conducts new employee orientations to familiarize employees with company goals.
? Participates in safety committee, conducts facility walk-through?s identifying safety issues.
? Investigates accident in conjunction with operations partners and prepares reports for insurance carrier.
? Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, benefits and compensation programs.
? Counsels? management on positive employee engagement strategies.
? Conducts training when requested.
? Enters new hire paperwork as well as status changes into ADP payroll system.
? Conducts timecard reviews and approves submission of payroll.
? Provides expertise and support to enterprise-wide HR initiatives.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven organizational, planning, project management, and prioritization skills to ensure proper and timely completion of projects.
- Experience partnering with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to multi-task and consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.

Bachelors
Experience:
7-10 years
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field
? 4+ years demonstrated HR/employee relations experience
? Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, production or big box/wholesale retail environment
? Fluent in verbal and written English and Spanish
