- Administer healthcare and 401k enrollments, changes and terminations
- Submit workers comp claims and respond to unemployment claims
- Enter and update employees into the payroll system (ADP)
- Develop positive employee relations
- Answer employee questions and requests
- Review and correct hourly time sheets
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding
- Provide guidance on employee behavior and conflict resolution
- Review and submit bi-weekly payroll and monthly commissions
- Manage appropriate files and record keeping
- Assist with the preparation of performance reviews
- Assist with the implementation of personnel policies and procedures
- Handle employment relations counseling when needed

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Previous payroll experience preferred, but not required
- PHR or SHRM certified preferred, but not required

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years
