Responsibilities:
Assist HR Manager
Perform administrative duties relating to HR and Safety
Prepare HR reports
Administer PPE
Maintain time and attendance records for all temporary Backup to processing payroll

Ensure appropriate and required training is complete and properly documented for all associates
Assist with reviewing daily attendance and report to department manager
Build teamwork and maintain positive morale
Assist with Employee recognition and rewards programs
All other duties as assigned by HR Manager
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft office and internet
Ability to keep internal and external employee information confidential
Flexible, detail oriented and ability to multi-task
Demonstrates reliability, dependability, attendance and good work ethics
