Responsibilities:
Perform a wide variety of secretarial/clerical duties for the H.R. Department often of a highly confidential nature.
Confidentiality of all matters is a must, answering phone calls, e-mails, and support offsite HR personnel as needed, work with onsite management team in absence of HR Manager
Provides relief support for Switchboard/Receptionist. This includes covering the switchboard, making employee and visitor ID badges, and Daily Bulletin.
Helps employees with JOE2All issues (setting up JOE2All account as well as resetting passwords).
Maintains I-9 records.
Arranges scheduling of conference rooms and facilities and site events.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
