• Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
• Supports local recruiting and outreach efforts in coordination with manpower team to meet monthly and annual targets
• Plans and organizes candidate tours
• Meet goals
• Conduct new hire safety training and employee orientation
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
• Prepares annual report, analyzing and summarizing data for HR metrics and activities
• Serve as the link between Human Resources and Supervisors by handling HR related questions, interpreting and explain HR polices.

Requirements
