- Maintains and processes all Unemployment Notices of Entitlement and potential charges
in a timely, efficient manner.
- Recruits for production personnel (reviews applications, interviews, placing ads in
selected areas). Attends Job Fairs as needed for recruitment.
- Onboarding new employees with a follow up at thirty days with manager and employee
to gauge if everyone is on track with expectations. Enter new employees into the HR
systems.
- Ensure all new employees have had a background check; work with executive team if
there are any questionable results.
- Acts as employee relation specialist.
- Maintains employee personnel files.
- Ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification.
- Reports, maintains, and monitors all workers' compensation case files; follows-up on
open cases.
- Monitors employee eligibility for benefits plans. Reviews benefits with employees and
processes enrollment, cancellation, or changes with the appropriate insurance company.
- Also update benefit information into HR systems.
- Verifies benefit billing accuracy and processes for payment.
- Creates foundation of ACA report to be uploaded to corporate office.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
