The Human Resources Director is responsible for, but not limited to leading people initiatives strategies and services in support of the Company's overall culture, vision and strategic business plan

Develops organizational people strategies by identifying and implementing human resources best practices in strategic planning and organizational design.
Oversees the development and administration of human resource programs and services including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; organization design; talent acquisition; performance and talent management; employee engagement; and succession planning, training and development.
Provides performance management guidance to leadership on coaching, counseling, career development and disciplinary actions.
Manages employee handbook processes and design of human resources policies and forms as appropriate while ensuring compliance with all federal and local employment laws and regulations.
Manages organizational charts, reporting relationships structures, position tiles, and position descriptions.
Manages the performance evaluation process and compensation programs, ensuring competitive standing in the marketplace. Advise executive leadership of trends related to performance and compensation.
Develops and implements programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction consistent with the organization's values and strategic initiatives.
Manages the talent acquisition and onboarding process from candidate identification, screening and interviewing, competitive offer presentation, and new employee onboarding.
Manages the new employee orientation process, assimilation and training strategies.
Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations; prepares comprehensive reports, formulates recommendations for action as necessary; maintains and organizes all documentation associated with investigations.
Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization's human resource information system (HRIS).
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to executive leadership.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Human Resources Certification
Minimum 5 years experience in a Construction / Multiple worksite environment
Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement
Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and employee relations

Qualifications:
Minimum of a bachelor???s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development.
Fifteen years plus of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions
Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, and training and development
Proficiency with all necessary technological tools, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint , and Outlook with the ability to use other software
Experience with ERP systems
Experience developing budgets
