Once Hired on Range is from 65K-125K ( commission)

-Will be required to Get leads, follow up on quotes, make contracts, seek sales, work alongside headquarters, doing the all the leg work for all the accounts.
-Larger accounts are on the outside sales side, not the inside sales.
-More digital Sales experience - knowledge with ecommerce a plus
-Someone who understands the trade would do really well
-Backgrounds that do well, Interior designers, Home depot sales backgrounds, etc
- Must be driven to grow and gain business
-Product Knowledge in HVAC and Plumbing industries is VERY helpful.
-Shift is 7:00AM-5:00PM
-There will be Training and learning prior to going to full time outside sales. THEY WILL HAVE TO BE OUTSIDE SALES AFTER TRAINING PERIOD.
-50% office- 50% on the road. ( obtaining new accounts)
Outside sale Radius can extend 60-100 miles from Frederick. Most of the accounts will remain in Frederick.

Company vehicle is provided once hired on.
Commission base program- NO CAP on commission will transition to full 100% commission eventually.
