This position assists customers regarding advanced program inquiries and account resolutions in a call center environment. Answers complex questions, provides detailed information and education on programs and services, responds to complicated or escalated requests, and/or takes actions on accounts or applications requiring advanced program knowledge. Follows standard procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy. Facilitates the conversation by soliciting needed information, clarifying responses, and addressing concerns. Manages customer inquiries with consistency, accuracy, and professionalism, displaying excellent customer service skills and extensive technical program knowledge. Cultural sensitivity, objectivity, and strong communication skills are essential. Regular and predictable attendance is required.

- Handles complex or escalated issues for Client Service Representatives

Education:
High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required, Associate degree is preferred
- Minimum 6 months related work experience required
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
- Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all information
- Ability to comply with current and updated policies and procedures
- Have your own computer, internet, camera, 2 monitors and headset
- Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a diverse population
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products and general computer applications
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
