We are looking for service-oriented individuals to be Senior Customer Service Representatives to support the operational functions of the PEBT, CEBT, and SEBT programs for the State of Wisconsin. The PEBT program is a national benefit to provide temporary food assistance to families of children who were eligible under the National School Lunch Program. The CEBT program handles the electronic funds which a family can obtain with children in child care and not in school yet and the SEBT program extends funding for school aged children on the hot lunch program through the end of the summer.This work from home position will include all aspects of resolving case discrepancies for those cases that have been systematically issued and also will include coordination and communication with agency staff, vendors, and schools to support ongoing case management for individuals seeking support with PEBT, CEBT, and SEBT programs.Responsibilities:- Accept calls/questions related to EBT programs, be the customer service point of contact for parent and school communications related to programs.- Manage email box and triage and respond to inquiries.- Case updates/application assistance support problem resolution based on issuance errors/corrections. This could include address updates, coordination with FIS, research with schools, or escalation to DHS/DPI program staff or systems staff as necessary.- Fair Hearing support. Point of contact for responding to and staffing fair hearing/appeal requests and coordination with DHA.- Data Collection and Coordination.
