We're looking for a Motivated Market Development Manager to join a dynamic and fast growing company!Responsibilities:This role's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Complete all necessary training courses, classes and 1 year of Sandler Continuous TrainingTravel up to 75% of the job throughout 3 countiesConduct prospective cold calling, marketing campaigns, one-to-one meetings, and client visits. Set and execute new and existing client appointmentsIdentify key decision makers, their pains and budgetary requirementsConduct and attend local networking and marketing events to generate additional leads & referralsDevelop and present solutions based proposals of services to potential clientsExceed weekly and monthly quotas and new account goalsCollaborate with appropriate internal resources to develop customized solutionsResponsible for 3-5 Direct ReportsEstablish Sales plan and team performance goals for the yearResponsible for prospect and target list/Sales Pipeline management for new and existing businessResponsible for individual Performance management and team resultsMaintain written documentation of sales activities to facilitate appropriate reportingFacilitate sales and service collaboration to ensure desired business goalsExecute client visits/meetings to ensure customer satisfaction, safety and marketing objectives are being met. Identify gaps in serviceAttendance is a critical functionWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:We are seeking someone with high energy, who has good communication skills and maybe a sense of humor to boot too!
