Responsibilities:
-Write and develop programs for multi-axis operations including validity of selecting cutting tools and/or probes to perform the operation on 3 and 5 Axis Mills and CNC Lathes
-Complete ownership over assigned equipment as well as the team's daily job functions, responsibilities, fixtures, work instructions, team development, work flow and priorities
-Identify training needs, tooling recommendations, fixture design and implement best machining practices
-Must have solid understanding of quality standards and GD&T as it applies in an aerospace & defense environment
-Provide accurate execution of the CNC Mill / Lathe programming for both NPI and legacy repeat work
-Maintain or improve legacy part quality standards and cycle times with process improvements in accordance with customer and company manufacturing standards, delivery commitments, internal procedures, and protocols

Qualifications:
-Minimum of five (5) years of experience programming CNC Mills
-Experience in Solidworks, Gibbs CAM, and CAMplete is a plus
-Previous supervisory/management experience or experience leading a team
-Thorough knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
-Thorough knowledge of print reading and mathematics
-Strong work ethic
