Responsibilities:
-Proven experience in oversight of both the technical aspects of the job as well as management of local teams.
-Perform diversified duties related to installation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, rolling stock and facility
-Provide direction for emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment during shifts and perform scheduled preventive maintenance service and repairs of equipment during off shift hours
-Experience and knowledge of including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automation, and other motion control troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment within safety guidelines.
-Install and adjusts computer hardware and software and related operating systems and programs, printers, and other electronic equipment and related proprietary firmware and software.
-Coordinate all maintenance activities, schedule repairs and keep all information updated on Company approved software system.
-Responsible for keeping stock for critical parts.
-Monthly reports of maintenance and fleet repairs activities.
-Perform and schedule regular preventive maintenance on equipment and all site facilities, keep record of all activities in Company approved software system.
-Review monthly expenses with director of Operations.
-Be part of the CAPEX team, evaluate projects and cost related, evaluate different vendors and proposal, installation plan in place.
-Maintenance vendor evaluation, service price and keep feedback with purchasing department.
-Ability to detect faulty operations, defective operations and report any unusual situations to proper management
-Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
-Asset and inventory management with ability to track and maintain electronic records on all maintenance and repairs to equipment, rolling stock and facilities
-Capex investment planning
-Strong data and statistical skills to ensure control of budgets and spending
-Direct and assign daily tasks to maintenance personnel and ensure management and maintenance of operational staff for shift hours
-Maintain and ensure processes, procedures are being followed. All documentation must be ISO compliant
-Working knowledge of Employee Handbook and all personnel policies
-Communicate policies and objectives to supervisors and provide general direction in organization, controls, and procedures to administer policies and achieve objectives

Skills:
- An Associates or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics or industrial maintenance preferred
- Motion Control Knowledge/Experience a plus

-5 yearsS experience in a supervisory role in INDUSTRIAL MAINTAINANCE
-Minimum 10 years related leadership experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
