The Entry level Window and Door Installation Assistant belongs to a team. A good Installation General Laborer can collaborate and follow direction from the Lead Installer to provide Signature Service to all customers. This General Laborer is safety conscious and able to meet the physical requirements of the job including heights on ladders, planks, roofs, constantly position self to remove/install products at various levels, frequently stand, able to bend, stoop, and kneel, and able to lift equipment or products up to 75lbs. Two years general carpentry experience would be very helpful but not required.

Responsibilities:
Effectively prepares the job site for set up and tear down
Demonstrates competency and confidence necessary to complete all installation duties
Installation of products to manufacturer specs and building code requirements
Collaborates with Lead Installer to provide Signature Service to all customers
Takes part in and leads safety
Maintains a clean and safe work environment
Complete installation, safety, and other required trainings
Promotes a positive team environment
Demonstrates self-leadership and personal accountability
Builds and sustains a positive relationship with coworkers and customers
Performs other duties as assigned
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Trade school diploma/certification desired, but not required

Able to perform essential duties independently and satisfactorily.

Able to work at heights on ladders, planks, roofs, etc.

Ascend/Descend ladders or other various equipment to work at heights
Able to lift equipment or products up to 75lbs
Frequent work performed while standing

This is a DIRECT HIRE position, meaning you start working directly for this company on day one. Permanent position, long-term with benefits.
PAY RANGE: $18-$22/HR
HOURS: Typically 7AM-4PM
