Installation of commercial doors, hardware, toilet partitions, toilet accessories and specialties on in progress construction job sites. Loading and unloading material on the job sites and into our warehouse. Maintenance and servicing of all material supplied and /or installed by company.

Essential Functions:
- Installs, adjusts, test, and operates Hollow Metal and Solid Core Wood Doors, and hardware (hinges, pivots, panic devices, mortise locksets, door closers, weather-stripping, thresholds)
- Performs installation, preventative maintenance and repair work at job sites Constantly maintains accurate work records and parts used at each job in accordance with established procedure, repetitive movement of fingers hands and wrist.
- Regularly Installs Toilet Partitions and Accessories at job site
- Constantly maintain company vehicles, tools and other property in proper manner.
- Present neat and clean appearance personally and in workmanship, in accordance with company policies.
- Frequently communicates with job superintendents, supervisors, co-workers and owners. Assist and instruct others in installing or servicing methods.
- Model and drive the values of the company including Accountability, Respect, and Integrity.
- Constantly in contact with progress at construction job sites. Typically, will have to deal with exposure to the elements, dust, dirt, language, and uneven walking conditions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the workday.
- Typically bends stoops and crouches on a regular basis to complete installation of material.
- Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder.
- Frequently lifts, carries or otherwise moves and positions objects weighing from 50-75 lbs. while maintaining a high level of quality control and a clean workplace.
- Full participation in our jobsite safety program and our zero-tolerance drug policy.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Thursday + overtime (after 40 hours) on Fridays as needed.
Skills:
- Experience servicing automated doors highly preferred
- Construction or Electrical Field a plus (Low voltage wiring)
- Prior experience as a Glazier installing glass doors or windows a plus.
- Ability to install door frames and windows using carpenters' hand or power tools.
- Prior experience building or repairing doors or frameworks.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License.
- HS Diploma or Equivalent is required.
