Spherion Jacksonville is looking for an Insurance CSR for their client. The Insurance CSR will provide Superior Customer service and solutions to existing health insurance customers (and possible prospective customers).
Responsibilities:
Multiple Outbound calls to existing members and customers
Multiple Inbound calls to support existing members

Help members with set up the Florida Blue app and Rewards Program
Help member understand their benefits
Help members make a payments
Answer customers Questions and Concerns with an I can, I will mentality
Schedule appointments for internal agents
Be a calming voice and solutions for customers
Meet daily and weekly customer contact goals
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Client will pay for their CSR 440 license.
Background in Financial Services/Insurance
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
1-2 years Customer Service and Call Center Background
