Local company seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service to company clients and policyholders. This is a temp to hire position. Pay rate is starting at $16 DOE. M-F 8am-5pm.
Answer incoming call center questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries.
Resolve billing issues, change policies
Learning and understanding company insurance products.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Customer service experience
Knowledge of insurance highly recommended (increase in pay depending on knowledge of industry/experience)
Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
High school diploma
