Responsibilities:
-The candidate will have experience taking depositions, attending court conferences, and drafting and arguing motions.
-Strong research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials are required.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
-Candidates with deposition and trial experience are preferred, but it is not essential.
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
-Texas Bar required
