We are currently in need of an Intake Specialist to partner with our client here in Florence, SC. This is a temp to perm position with the ultimate hours being remote. You will be handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling tours and appointments for a Senior Living Facility.

Answer phones and make/return phone calls & e-mails timely back to clients, providers, referral sources
Determine if referrals are appropriate and then immediately set-up to tour with Care Patrol
Set-up tours, assign team members responsibilities, follow-up with families, team members, communities
Enter and maintain company database, company files, and e-mail file maintenance
Maintain calendar of team ??? predominately tour calendars and monitor team???s work calendars
Proactively contact families, referral sources, and providers as per the process or as directed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Juggle working with numerous families at a given time
Prioritize / triage and adapt when new calls, texts, or emails are received
Very good on the phone
Good listener and detailed note taker
Compassionate, sympathetic
Good relationship builder / can build rapport very quickly yet be assertive when needed
Excellent communication skills ??? in person, on the phone, and written (mostly e-mails)
Must be able to use a PC, an iPad, a smart phone, maneuver in a simple database, use e-mail and basic PC based software (Gmail / Outlook, Excel, Word, OneDrive, etc.)
Can adapt quickly and make changes as the need dictates
Good with time management, punctual, and can stay on a schedule
Good with follow-up (phone calls, e-mails, texts)
