We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our dynamic team at a leading golf cart service company. As an Inventory Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate record-keeping, and smooth operational flow. If you have a strong ability to follow directions, physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs, and a keen eye for details, we encourage you to apply for this position.

This is a full-time temp-to-hire position. The schedule is Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 am, and the pay rate is $14.50/hr. The worksite location may vary at four different service locations in The Villages.

Responsibilities:
-Maintain accurate inventory records of golf cart parts, equipment, and accessories.
-Receive, inspect, and count incoming inventory shipments to verify accuracy against purchase orders.
-Organize and categorize inventory items to ensure easy accessibility and quick retrieval.
-Perform routine inventory audits to identify discrepancies, reconcile stock levels, and report any issues to the supervisor.
-Assist in unloading and storing inventory deliveries in designated storage areas.
-Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
-Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar role.
-Ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently.
-Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks related to inventory handling.
-Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in record-keeping.

High School

Qualifications:
-Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory management software.
-Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
-Familiarity with golf cart parts, equipment, and accessories is a plus.
-Must have valid drivers license
-All candidates made a conditional offer must pass a 10 year National Criminal Background check and drug screen
