Maintain friendly and professional demeanor at all times
Provide assistance to customers on various technical needs and issues
Keep up with the company's policies and procedures
Troubleshooting any issues and assist with installation
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Good interpersonal communication skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Motivated and professional
Technically inclined
Capable of multitasking and problem solving
Education:
High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Experience in a technical help desk environment, less than one year
