The Systems Engineer will be responsible for escalating service tickets, working with other Tier 3 support in planning, troubleshooting and developing solutions for escalated tickets. The Engineer will also help solve complex technical problems, help in security, process and architectural reviews on the client infrastructure. Other responsibilities will be to work with clients to evaluate and resolve technical issues, recommend upgrades, evaluating existing systems and recommend system changes
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
*Strong technology background
*Experience with evaluating existing systems and to analyze, design, recommend and implement system changes
*Solve complex technical problems and handle monitoring incident response and the modification of Cloud systems supporting global companies across a broad spectrum of industries and technical environments.

Qualifications:
*Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Management, Microsoft Workstation Operating systems, Microsoft intune, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Autopilot Deployment
*5+ years of experience with providing technical support of Linux and/or Microsoft based systems/applications
*5+ years of experience of supporting and troubleshooting Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Desktop and server platforms
*Knowledge of Azure and 0365
