The Janitor will be responsible for performing heavy cleaning duties for all corporate buildings.

- Cleaning/Mopping/Vacuuming all floors a minimum three times weekly or as needed
- Cleaning all restrooms thoroughly a minimum three times weekly or as needed
- Removal of trash from all buildings a minimum three times weekly or as needed
- Thorough cleaning of Medical Room a minimum two times weekly or as needed
- Thorough cleaning of Apartments (3) a minimum two times weekly or as needed
- Restock toilet paper, hand sanitizer/soap, and paper towels in each building as needed.

Responsibilities:

Skills:
Candidates must be knowledgeable cleaning and some maintenance, physical stamina, physical dexterity, agility. Knowledge of chemicals and solvents. Good time management, attention to detail, ability to work independently.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years experience in janitorial services required.
