Office Buildings:??? Follow and maintain set cleaning schedule.??? Sweep/mop and or vacuum flooring in all entrance foyers. Instructions will be posted in cleaning supplyroom.??? Empty and clean all wastepaper baskets. Instructions will be listed in cleaning supply room.??? Clean all glass areas, including both sides of front entry doors and reception areas. Surfaces will bewithout streaks, uniform, and clean.??? Restrooms: Instructions will be posted in cleaning supply room.??? Dust or clean all office and lobby furniture; Instructions and schedule will be posted in cleaning supplyroom.??? Assist with the setup of facilities for meetings, conferences, events, etc., to include arranging andremoving decorations, tables, and chairs to prepare facilities.??? Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. Attend Safety meetings.??? Launder cleaning rags and dust mops.??? Maintains the cleaning supply rooms, to include following HASA inventory guidelines for all 3locations.??? Installs and repairs the plumbing and electrical systems when necessary (which will include replacingworn or defective parts such as switches and fuses). Clean out sewer lines when necessary, usingappropriate tools and equipment for all 3 locations.??? Replace light bulbs/fixtures for all 3 locations.??? Change out HVAC Filters for all 3 locations.??? Maintain the upkeep of outside areas for all 3 locations. (Pick up trash, sweep main traffic area)??? Complete work orders for the main office or call vendors as needed/within HASA???s guidelinesVacant Make-Ready Units:??? Work closely with property staff to schedule the timely cleaning of vacant units, as needed.??? Sweep and mop all tile/laminate flooring throughout the unit.??? Clean and sweep exterior entrance way and patio. Vacuum all carpet throughout the unit.??? Bag any trash accumulated while cleaning and place in the designated outside dumpster.??? Clean all glass within the unit, including both sides of the patio doors.??? Restrooms/Fitness Room: Instructions will be posted in cleaning supply room.??? Kitchens: Instructions will be posted in cleaning supply room.??? Dust or clean doors and door frames, base boards, light fixtures, HVAC vents, and windowsills andblinds throughout the unit.??? Reports maintenance department and HR related concerns to Deputy Director or Executive Director.??? Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies.??? Launder cleaning rags and dust mops.
