- Provide project management for Organizational Transformation engagements that include data collection, when needed.
- Provide administrative support to firm
- Consultants by managing calendars, coordinating meetings with clients, booking travel, and assisting with the creation and editing of sales proposals and session presentations.
- Must be able to work in various systems and platforms such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HubSpot, Filemaker, Outlook, Dropbox, project management and scheduling platforms (Wrike, Acuity and others), and virtual video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Webex), as well as follow defined processes, while also identifying opportunities to innovate processes.
Responsibilities:
? Manage and update calendars by ensuring sessions and programs are booked in the respective calendars.
? Build and maintain relations with clients and ensure follow-up calls and meetings are booked per Consultant/client?s requests.
? Manage sales call logs
? Be proactive about reaching out to clients listed on the call log to schedule meetings or calls.
? Schedule meetings and book travel for sales trips or paid commitments.
? Complete facilitation sheets (timesheets)
? Track consulting hours against budgeted numbers and update facilitation/timesheets and calendar accordingly.
? Oversee Statement or Work, administration of various personality diagnostics and data collection
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Develop and manage schedules, timelines, work plans, for multiple projects all within strict deadlines, and within assigned budgets.
- Strong ability to be proactive and resourceful, along with high attention to details, but competence to also see things from a high-level and flex and shift gears as business and client needs change.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with the highest professionalism.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, on phone, in person and written.
- Consistent ability to support Consultants, during and off business hours.

Qualifications:
? Work effectively with internal and external clients by communicating clearly, consistently, candidly, and openly.
? Can work as part of the team, but can also manage workload independently by prioritizing and delegating.
? Flexible with ability to work and focus on several assignments simultaneously and comfortable with consistently changing priorities, while striving Must be highly proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
? Experience with setting up meetings and serving as host and tech support of virtual video conferencing platforms, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and WebEx.
? Experience with or aptitude for using project management platforms, such as Wrike.
? Experience or knowledge of using CRM systems such as Hubspot, Filemaker, Salesforce, etc.
? Experience using mass email marketing tools such as MailChimp or Hubspot will be a plus.
