Position involves lots of walking throughout the site to change various filters weighing less than 5Lbs each. This also includes regularly climbing stairs. Responsibilities:
- The position would consist of going throughout the plant and changing the filters(weighing 5lbs) on the various heating/cooling units and in the summer they may power wash them if they need it.
Skills:
- Must be able to remain on feet for extended periods including walking.
- Must be able to climb stairs regularly in order to perform necessary duties.
- Must be able to demonstrate team-oriented mentality.
- Must be able to accurately follow verbal and written directives.
Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have verifiably positive previous employment history.
- Will be subject to a background check at the time of hire.
- Must comply with Spherion's Drug Free Workplace Policy.
