Spherion Staffing is currently seeking a Licensed Insurance Account Manager for a insurance agency located in Fort Myers, FL. We're seeking an experienced, driven, and reliable candidate to lead the agency performance and retention!

-Managing both commercial and personal lines renewals
-Supporting and training new agents.
-Detailed documentation on all accounts
-Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
-Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.

-Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-Interpersonal and organizational skills
-Candidates MUST have a current Property and Casualty License (2-20)
-1-3 years of agency experience (managerial experience advantageous)
-Proven work experience in commercial sales or service is preferred
-High School Diploma or GED
-Knowledge of MS Office
