Seeking a Licensed 220/2044 Personal Lines Agent for a long standing insurance agency in Jensen Beach.Responsibilities:- Contact new potential customers, gather data, provide a quote, and bind new home, auto and boat policies.- Follow up promptly with new potential customers in an effort to CLOSE the deal- Educate new potential customers regarding the insurance industry and their best options- Cross sell new customers for their flood, umbrella, and other potential insurance needs- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic centers of influence (COI's)- Spend time out of the office fostering relationships with COI base- Work with President/sales team to meet new COI's- Bind policies that are brought into the company by marketing programs- Continue to add appropriate personal to referral rewards program- Work with the referral rewards team on closing new leads- Work strategically to add new carriers as we need them, it is very important that we have access to the best carriers available anywhere- Set and maintain goals and objectives such as backlog, quote turnaround, time to follow up, etc.- Be sure all new policies are entered into system in a timely manner and are completeWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:- Solid database experience/skills- Organizational and time management skillsEducation:High SchoolExperience:4-7 yearsQualifications:- 220 OR 2044 License required. 440 License may be considered- 5+ years of experienceThis company offers great benefits and paid holidays.
