Spherion is seeking a Light Assembler to join the team of our manufacturing client. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly and testing of lights, batteries, and accessories as well as the installation of the headlights on loupes.

- Pay Rate: $18/hr
- Schedule: 1st shift, 6:30 am - 3 pm, Monday-Friday
- Located in Madison, WI
Responsibilities:
- Utilize hand tools and soldering iron, curing wands and pliers
- Read and understand production work orders
- Assemble test batteries
- Install headlight on loupes
- Understand and build to quality metrics
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- Ability to work with very small parts
- Experience with hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret standard operating procedures in English
- Soldering skills preferred
