Associate degree or higher in Business, Finance, Legal Studies.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a loan processing, legal assistant, or similar administrative role, preferably within a law firm or financial institution.Familiarity with loan processing procedures, legal documentation, and regulatory requirements.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with case management or loan processing software.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.Ability to sit for extended periods while performing office duties.Occasional lifting of files or office supplies up to 20 lbs.
