The Loaner Set Associate processes loaner kits including inspection and cleaning. The Associate also performs various duties and functions within the distribution and non-sterile packaging areas associated with loaner kits to include, but not limited to Kit Replenishment, Receiving and taking pictures within the ERP system. Responsibilities:
Perform instrument maintenance, including the use of pin gauges.
Some inspectors are required to use micrometers and calipers.
Conduct expired product inspection.
Perform visual inspection and cleaning, functional checks using established receiving inspection criteria forms.
Receiving, inspection and replenishment of kits.
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Skills:
Basic math skills; addition, subraction, multiplication and division.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, ERP and other common programs.
Follow procedures, Good Manufacturing practices (GMP) and written instructions in English.
Communication skills - verbal and written in English.
Follow detailed work instructions and hand written instruction.
Customer-service oriented with the ability to function in a high volume distribution operation.
Education:
High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
20/20 vision or corrected 20/20 vision is required.
Ability to read and write the English language.
Must have good keyboarding skills.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to work without constant supervision.
