Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized service to meet their luxury jewelry needs.
Sales Expertise: Utilize deep product knowledge to guide clients through the purchasing process, from initial consultation to final sale.
Product Presentation: Display and present luxury jewelry pieces with expertise, highlighting their unique features and value.
Clienteling: Develop and manage a client book, ensuring consistent follow-up and outreach to cultivate repeat business.
Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on client preferences and purchase history.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets by delivering exceptional service and closing sales.
Inventory Management: Assist with the organization, tracking, and management of luxury inventory, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly displayed.
Market Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends in luxury jewelry and provide insights to enhance the store's offerings.
Customer Service: Resolve any client concerns or issues with professionalism, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive and successful sales environment.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Certifications: Certification in gemology or luxury sales training is a plus.
Networking: Established network of clients within the luxury sector.

Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in fine jewelry or a related field.
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of luxury jewelry, including gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship.

Professionalism: High level of professionalism, including strong personal presentation and adherence to the jeweler???s brand standards.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, particularly in product presentation and client interactions.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and client relationship management (CRM) software.
