The Front End Maintainer is responsible for the setup, operation and maintenance of the industrial machines within the manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:
Inspect, load and feed coils through lubricator and into press.
Set-up, maintenance and machine operation of various machines.
Inspect and monitor product, then enter into computer product specifications.
Perform visual checks and weights to ensure that product is in compliance.
Assist in other areas as needed to maintain smooth product flow through the plant.
Complete required paperwork and documentation.
Maintain cleanliness of all work areas and machines and practice proper safety procedures.
Performs other job-related duties as required or assigned.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment in a maintenance or machine operator role
Able to operate machinery or have a desire to learn to operate
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Advanced mechanical skills
Working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
Ability to use precision measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.
Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
Basic knowledge of computer systems, gauges, tools and equipment
Ability to safely operate a forklift
