Ensure the successful production of plastic materials through preventative maintenance,
running the machines and equipment at optimum performance levels. Provide quality assurance
for finished goods, productivity/manufacturing considerations for efficient throughput.

Understands and adheres to all safety policies and procedures

Enforcing all policies and procedures (safety and company)
PPE in worn at all times necessary
Troubleshooting equipment
Ensure quality of product
Follow the Process Control Parameters
Verifying quality of product through inspections and tests
Complete accurately of all required reports
Maintain clean and safe work environment
Housekeeping (sweeping, cleaning, wipe-downs, garbage)
Communicate effectively will all employees
Document all production counts, including rejects, regrinds, and good production.
Communicate with lead or shift supervisor to address any need for improvement.
Helping Packers with their duties.
Meeting production priorities and targets.
Ability to understand basic math.
Work in a team environment.
Familiar with machine operations.
Must be able to read and write English.
Dependable.
Working hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Minimum of 1-3 years plastics experience preferred but not required
