Job Description:

The Molding Machine Operator is responsible for the precise operation of powered and manual equipment utilized in the manufacturing of plastic and rubber products. This role requires the operation of molding machinery as well as conducting various assembly-related tasks to finalize products. Assembly duties include, but are not limited to, processes such as crimping, shaping, staking, bonding, and labeling components to meet specific quality and design standards.

Responsibilities:

• Molding Machine Operator responsibilities include:
  • Operate Molding Machinery and separate product including packing products for shipping.
  • Insert sub-assembly parts in mold for over molding.
  • De-gate and trim parts of flash and gates.
  • Inspect parts for flaws, cuts, tears, non-fills, burnt materials, color, scratches, any visuals specified by Quality personnel and Work Sheets.

  Education: High School

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred

  Experience: 6 months

  • 6 months experience in a manufacturing setting
