The purpose of the Machine Operator is to produce product within their area of assigned responsibility according to all Quality and Safety Policies and Procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and operating applicable popcorn packaging / printing equipment such as gearboxes, photoeyes, conveyors, wrappers, cartoners and case packers.

- Performing required Quality Checks in a timely manner to ensure product meets all safety and quality standards.
- Following all company policies and procedures including safety, environmental and housekeeping requirements.
- Following the direction of the Team Leader as determined.
- Working in a team environment with integrity and commitment to the established processes and procedures and treat everyone with respect.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
- Operates equipment as trained and required per the SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures)
o Startup Kitchen
o Receive raw material ingredients and record in AS400 system
o Receive deliveries
o Check inventory amounts
o Monitor and adjust steam pressure according to speed of product flow in the screw chiller
o Track production using batch sheet
o Shutdown of Kitchen
o Clean the Kitchen
Education:
High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
* HSD or GED
* Min 1 year exp.
* Lift up to 50lbs every 15 mins.
* Walk up & down steps
* Stand on a concrete floor for 12 hours
