You get $150 once you and your referral work 150 hours!*This is a temp to hire position, once hired on full time TOA offers GREAT BENEFITS and GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES!Responsibilities:Responsible for operating stationary production welding line and produce finished parts for shipping to the customer or subcomponent parts which are used for subsequent production lines.- Good Attendance- Operate stationary or robotic welding machines- Stand throughout the shift while loading parts onto welding machines- Lift up to 40 pound parts to load various parts onto welding machines throughout the shift- Perform quality inspections- Follow quality and packing standards- Keep line clean making sure the work area meets or exceeds TOA???s 5S standards- Complete required documents- Perform routine weld tip changes and minor equipment recoveries- Ensure proper labeling of finished productWorking hours: Various Shifts AvailableSkills:- Language Skills- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Gloves must be worn when performing the duties of this job. The employee will be exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather) related; this is due to water being present in machine during tip change causing gloves to get wet, moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, weld sparks/flash, smoke, and vibration.
