- Performing all duties safely following EHS procedures to include: PPE, ECP, PIT/PED safety. - Check and verify machine is clean and prepared to run food safe product. Clean if necessary. ??? Completed various documented operator quality checks. - Assist in upkeep, cleaning and maintenance of the machines in a safe and sanitary manner to include operator PM???s. - Assist in daily production work orders including documenting number of liners produced and scrapped. Communication and recordkeeping practices must be followed to include logs, files, reports and verbal communication. - Prepare and conduct ???change-overs??? when needed. - Machine operators will run the liner machine associated with producing food grade liner (bag) products. - All machine operator tasks must be done while maintaining the highest safety, best food practices and quality. - Complete various operator quality checks; assist with the upkeep of machinery with maintenance to minimize downtime; assist in troubleshooting machine problems. This includes completing various machine operator PM???s. - Document daily production through Production Work Orders. This includes the documentation of changes made to the liner machine in order to effectively run the equipment. This may be done through various communications and recordkeeping practices, including food safe logs, files, reports, and systems.

- High School diploma or GED equivalent required - Prefer knowledge of food industry standards for production, safety, waste, and AIB/SQF housekeeping. - Solid technical aptitude skills. - Solid basic math skills. - Ability to follow written instructions. - Interface with computer and have the ability to enter data into various software platforms. - Demonstrated work performance to be self-directed and self-motivated. - Proven track record on safety and quality. - Professional attitude and good communication skills. - Ability to follow food safety and compliance programs - Follow PED and EHS company directives.

- Repetitive Motion: Movements frequently and regularly required using wrists, hands, arms, legs, twisting and requires stooping, bending, walking, and climbing. - Average Visual: Average, ordinary visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents and/or products, or operate machinery.
