As a Machine Operator on the night shift, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines used in the production of solar panel cables. Responsibilities:
?Operate and monitor machines used in the production of solar panel cables, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
?Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards, making necessary adjustments to the machines when needed.
?Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and downtime, reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
?Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
?Strive to meet or exceed production targets, maximizing output while maintaining product quality.
?Accurately record production data, including quantities produced, machine settings, and any maintenance performed.
?Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to achieve production goals and assist with tasks as needed.
?Embrace overtime opportunities to contribute to increased production when required

Working hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Skills:
Prior experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

?Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues.
