Responsibilities:
Machine Operators are responsible for, the set up of the machine, bringing materials to the hopper and inspecting the alarm to ensure proper operation. The Machine Operator is to monitor the tile exiting the tile machine to ensure quality tile is being produced and to ensure that the molds coming in are clean, undamaged and properly oiled. The Machine Operator will monitor the liquid gauges and adjust them to the proper settings. The Machine Operator is to keep area clean, running properly and safely. Must treat people with respect, work ethically, with integrity, accept responsibility for own actions and uphold organization vision, values and objectives. Must work well with coworkers.

Working hours: 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
-Ability to understand English
-Ability to follow safety regulations and wear PPE as required
-Ability to work around loud machinery

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
-Ability to follow directions
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
-Must be able to pass a national criminal background check and drug screening
-Must be on time per day as scheduled and clock in/out for each shift and rest period.
-Must work harmoniously with all personnel, including all other departments, and follow all company rules, regulations and procedures.
