We are looking for Machine Operators to set up and run automatic and semi-automatic molding machinery on all three shifts. You???ll ensure the efficient running of production jobs. A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. On-the-job training will be provided so you should have the willingness to learn and be able to follow instructions. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.

Working hours: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Skills:
Responsibilities
Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
Maintain accurate product counts
Assemble boxes efficiently as needed
Fix issues that might occur during the shift
Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
Inform Quality personnel of any non-conforming products immediately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety regulations

Qualifications:
Skills
Previous experience as a machine operator is a plus
Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery
Understanding of production procedures
Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
Ability to read and write basic English
Attention to detail
Teamwork and communication skills
Physical stamina and strength. Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 25 lbs. Able to twist and turn while lifting up to 25 lbs.
Able to stand for long periods of time
High school diploma or equivalent
