Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager who has leadership and supervisory skills, as well as the ability to identify creative solutions to problems in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will have 3-5 years of injection molding, electrical, and pneumatics experience, and at least 3 years of experience in hydraulics and motor repair. This is a challenging, fast-paced position in which the successful candidate will be required to address issues as they arise, oversee general maintenance work, and coordinate with other supervisors to address larger problems. TLC or troubleshooting experience is preferred, but not required for this role.

Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of approximately 3 employees in a tool and die, injection molding facility.
Communicate with employees and upper management to resolve any issues.
Ensure that all employees are completing their maintenance duties on time and accurately.
Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair.
Troubleshoot and repair any piece of machinery when needed.
Possess a strong understanding of plastics injection molding, tooling, and tool design.
Implement workplace safety policies and standards so work areas are free of any issues and workers can continue with a low risk of accidents.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
