We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Maintenance Manager for our manufacturing client in Cary, NC. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for directly supervising personnel in general facility property and equipment, maintenance activities including installation, maintenance and repair of facility, structures, equipment, and grounds. Responsibilities for the Maintenance Manager role may include electrical/electronic, air pneumatic, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, water, gas, and other facility systems.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and direct repairs of factory equipment, building, and grounds
- Coordinate preventative and proactive maintenance programs
- Oversee janitorial service and general maintenance of grounds
- Oversee installation of new equipment and building alterations
- Oversee outside contractors working on company premises
- Support and train personnel in machine and equipment repairs
- Maintain organized maintenance department including effective parts ordering and inventory
- Monitor the control of energy usage and maintenance of plant power equipment
- Perform other duties as required
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
- Ability to operate a variety of technical equipment
- Read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics and drawings
- Basic skills consisting of reading, writing, and mathematics
- Thinking skills consisting of creative thinking, problem solving, decision making, and visualization
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years supervisory experience with hydraulics, electronics and pneumatics, maintenance procedures, and techniques as they relate to injection molding, auxiliary, and facility machinery
