Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance and Repair
Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on machinery including condensers, boilers, sterilizers, and pumps.
Operational Support
Collaboration with production team
Adjust and calibrate machinery as needed to meet quality and safety standards.
Troubleshooting
Use diagnostic tools to analyze system performance and implement corrective actions.
Safety and Compliance
Adhere to company safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following organizational standards
Documentation and Reporting
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
technical certifications or vocational training in industrial maintenance preferred preferably in food and beverage manufacturing
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Diagnose mechanical issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime
Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
